活性炭在慢性肾脏病中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 慢性肾脏病已成为全球公共健康问题,如何延缓慢性肾脏病进展是临床工作中的重点。活性炭有巨大的表面积,具有强大的吸附功能,已在临床应用多年。研究发现活性炭可以降低尿毒症毒素、改善肾功能、延缓肾脏病进展、缓解尿毒症瘙痒症状、改善肠粘膜屏障功能以及减少尿毒症心血管事件,为此,本文对活性炭在慢性肾脏病中的应用作一综述。 Chronic kidney disease has become a global public health problem, how to improve the prognosis of chronic kidney disease makes the key role in the clinic work. Activated charcoal is a highly effective absorbent because of its huge surface area, it has been used in clinic for many years. It has been proved that activated charcoal could reduce uremic toxins, improve renal function, delay the progression of renal dysfunction, ameliorate pruritus symptoms, preserve intestinal epithelial barrier and decrease cardiovascular events. The purpose of this review is to present some major research findings about the management of activated charcoal in chronic kidney disease patients.
