椎体成形与椎体后凸成形术后邻近椎体再发骨折危险因素的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 经皮椎体成形术( percutaneous vertebroplasty, PVP)和经皮椎体后凸成形术( percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)是治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折( osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, OVCF)的有效微创手术方式。随着手术的广泛应用,PVP和PKP术后椎体再次骨折的问题越来越受到临床工作者的关注。本文就PVP或PKP术后邻近椎体再发骨折的危险因素进行综述。
