症状性颅内动脉粥样硬化性狭窄支架成形术的体会及分析

The experience and analysis of symptomatic intracranial atherosclerosis stenosis stent angioplasty

目的评价症状性颅内动脉狭窄支架成形术的可行性、安全性和操作技术。方法对53例症状性颅内动脉狭窄患者(53处支架)进行回顾性分析。结果 1支架成功率94.3%,操作相关并发症9.4%(5/53),围手术期症状性卒中发生率9.4%(5/53),严重致残、致死率1.9%(1/53);2术后定期随访,症状性卒中的发生率7.5%(4/53);结论颅内动脉支架成形术成功率高,但操作相关并发症、围手术期症状性卒中的发生率较高,为减少卒中并发症,需要严格的术前准备及围手术期措施,其长期疗效有待进一步观察。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility,safety and operative technique of the symptomatic intracranial atherosclerosis stenosis stent angioplasty.Methods 53 symptomatic intracranial artery stenosis patients （53 stents） were taken the retrospective analysis in this study.Results ①Stent success rate was 94.3％,operation related complication was 9.4％ （5/53）,perioperative symptomatic stroke incidence was 9.4％ （5/53）,severe disability and fatality rate was 1.9％ （1/53） ; ②In the 24 months-follow up visit after surgery,symptomatic stroke incidence was 7.5％ （4/53）.Conclusion Intracranial artery stent angioplasty has a high success rate,but its operation related complication rate and perioperative symptomatic stroke incidence are also high.In order to decrease the stroke and its complication,we need to strict the preoperative preparation and perioperative measures,and its long-term efficacy needs to be a further observation.
