摘要
不平衡报价策略是投标人可以合理采用的一种投标报价策略,可有效赢得更多利润。笔者从水利工程投标人的角度出发,从不平衡报价的表现形式、策略类型、常用方法、应用注意事项等方面,探讨不平衡报价策略的应用。
Unbalanced bidding strategy belongs to a tender bidding strategy which can be rationally adopted by bidders. The strategy can win more profit effectively. The author starts with bidder perspective of water conservancy project. Unbalanced bidding strategy application is discussed from the aspects of unbalanced bidding manifestation form, policy type, commonly used methods, application notes, etc.
