摘要
杭州三堡排涝工程泵站基础采用旋挖钻孔灌注桩。灌注桩工程量大,若能有效降低灌注桩混凝土充盈系数,则效益可观。项目部成立了QC小组,通过集思广义,找出问题症结,并通过原因分析、确定要因、制定对策、对策实施等一系列手段,将灌注桩充盈系数由活动前的平均1.15降低至活动后的平均1.05,取得了良好的经济效益。
Rotary drilling filling pile is adopted on Hangzhou Sanbao drainage project pumping station foundation. The fiUing pile has large engineering quantities. The benefits can be greatly improved if the concrete filling factor of filling pile can be effectively reduced. The project department established QC team. Problem causes are discovered through synectics. Through a series of measures such as cause analysis, root causes confirmation, countermeasures formulating and implementation, filling pile filling factor is lowered from average 1.15 before activity to average 1.05 after activity with good economic results.
