Construction and Implementation of College-enterprise Cooperation Training Mode for Computer Network Technology Major—Take Heilongjiang Agricultural Economy Vocational College for Example

本文围绕当前企业用人需求与高职院校网络技术专业人才培养之间的不协调因素,探索和实践了与知名IT企业及教育机构的紧密合作,形成共育、共管的"多模式合作互补,校企生受益共赢"的合作模式,充分发挥了校企合作在人才培养中的作用,提升了网络技术专业人才培养质量。

Centering on the present inharmonious factors between the demands of enterprises and the professional training for Network Technology in higher vocational colleges, this paper explores and practices a cooperation mode of“Multi-mode Cooperation and Complementation,College-Enterprise-Student Beneift and Win-Win”,collaborating closely with well-known IT enterprises and educational institutions.This makes full use of the role of college-enterprise cooperation in professional training and enhances the quality of professional training for Network Technology Major.
