司法公信力是社会公众基于对法律和司法实践认同基础上产生的对司法的信任和司法对公众的权威力。微博直播庭审作为微博传播与司法机关庭审工作相结合的创新实践,具有司法公开、司法参与、社会监督和法治教育的功能,也正是这些功能奠定了微博直播庭审的司法公信力建设特性,建构了司法公信力的多维度。具体而言,心理认同维度,促进树立法律信仰;制度实践维度,有效落实司法公开;价值目标维度,有力推进司法公正;司法主体维度,有助提高法官素质;文化环境维度,深入传播法治文化。

Judicial credibility is the unity of social public faith in justice and the judicial power to public rights which based on law and identification of judicial practice.Twitter Trail Live （TTL） is the innovation practice of combining twitter dissemination and judiciary trial work.With functions of judicial openness, judicial public, social supervision and rule of law education, TTL has the characteristics of judicial credibility construction, such as promoting legal faith in psychological identity, implementing of judicial public in system, realizing judicial justice in value, improving the quality of the judge in judicial body, transmitting culture of rule of law in culture environment.
