摘要
以FSEZ1317作为主芯片,采用原边反馈的方案设计了一个输出电压为35 V、输出电流为150 mA的7 W LED驱动电源。主要设计包括恒流电路、功率因数校正、过压保护电路、过流保护电路和变压器参数等,并综合考虑了高能效、长寿命、防电磁干扰等问题。基于本设计内容已完成了样品生产,该电源通过赛宝实验室输出测试和功率因数测试,测试结果的各项性能达到设计要求,并具备进入市场的能力,对LED驱动电源的设计具有一定的参考价值。
Utilizing the FSEZ1317 as the main microchip, a 7 W power supply for LED driving with a 35 V, 150 mA output is designed based on the primary side feedback scheme in this paper, including the constant current circuit design, the power-factor correction design, the current foldback circuit design, the overvoltage protective circuit design and the transformer parameter design. The problems of electromagnetic interference, high efficiency design and long-life design are also taken into account. The sample product of this design is completed and has passed the output test and power factor test by the China CEPREI Laboratory. The test results show that this power supply for LED driving has achieved promising performance and is marketable, and can be a reference for similar design.
