基于CATIAandDELMIA的轿车后地板后横梁总成焊装夹具设计

摘要 针对汽车后地板后横梁的具体设计任务,首先应用CATIA软件来设计汽车焊装夹具,保证夹具设计方案的优化。然后使用DLEMIA软件进行焊接机器人的仿真模拟,对焊接机器人焊接进行总体上的规划,检测焊接机器人焊钳是否可以到预期的焊点,确定机器人的放置位置是否合适,机器人与焊钳、产品、夹具是否干涉。 According to the specific design of the back automobile floor beams, CATIA software was applied to design automobile welding-installation fixtures with the optimum scheme. Using DLEMIA software in welding robot simulation to make and overall planning for welding with welding robot, to test the accuracy of welding robot tweezers reaching the right soldered dot, and to determine an appropriate position that won’t be interfered by the soldering turret, product and jig.
