摘要
为实现调功电源集中监控与功率扩充简单方便,设计了由PLC作为主站,各晶闸管调整器单元作为从站的调功电源系统.各从站由单片机作为主控制器,每台从站均配有DP总线通信接口,选用SPC3芯片作为接口芯片.阐述了从站单元的软硬件设计,并就其中的关键技术问题解决方案进行了分析.实现了调功电源的DP总线分布式控制.
In order to realize the centralized monitoring for power regulator and make it easy to enlarge power, this paper designs the power regulation system. In it PLC is the master station and each thyristor regulator is the slave station. The master controller of each slave station is single chip computer. Each slave station has DP bus communication interface by using SPC3 as the interface chip. The paper describes the slave station' s hardware and software design, and analyzes the solutions to some key technical problems of the salve station. The distributed control based on DP bus for the power regulator is finally realized.
