摘要
电网环网或电磁环网运行能提高电网供电可靠性及经济性,但同时使得继电保护整定计算复杂化。结合平潭海岛多重环网运行特性,提出了一套继电保护整定计算方案。分析了该电网继电保护整定计算遇到的运行方式选择、整定原则、整定顺序、保护配合死循环、保护或开关拒动和重合闸等问题与解决措施。该方案的实施提高了线路保护适应电网多变运行方式的能力,减小了现场修改定值或保护切区的工作量。海岛电网的安全稳定运行表明该整定方案的合理性与可行性。
Grid closed-loop running or electromagnetic loop network operation can improve power supply reliability and economy, while it makes relay protection setting calculation complicated at the same time. According to the Pingtan island grid multi-loop operation, put forward a scheme of relay protection setting calculation. The problems and measures of the power grid are analyzed, such as operation mode selection, setting principle, setting order, protection coordination endless loop, protection or switch failure, reclosing ,etc. The scheme can improve the ability of line protection to adapt to various operation mode, reduces the workload of modifying fixed value or switching fixed value area. Safe and stable operation of the Pingtan island power grid shows the rationality and feasibility of setting scheme.
