三仁汤对温病湿热证大鼠模型白介素及免疫球蛋白的影响 被引量:10

The effect of Sanren decoction in interleukin and immunoglobulin of the damp heat syndrome rat model

摘要 [目的]探讨三仁汤对温病湿热证大鼠模型免疫因子的影响。[方法]将SD大鼠分为6组:空白对照组,模型组,三仁汤高、中、低剂量组,阳性对照组(血脂康组)。除空白对照组外,其余各组每日给予高脂饲料及人工气候箱高温环境喂养,并给予大肠埃希杆菌2次灌胃引起感染制作高脂温病湿热证大鼠模型,给予三仁汤药液进行干预。[结果]与模型组比较,白介素:IL-1β、IL-8、IL-10、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子等均显著降低;免疫球蛋白:IgA、IgM、IgG,差异无统计学意义。[结论]通过本实验证实三仁汤水煎剂能使温病湿热证大鼠模型血清中白介素及肿瘤坏死因子降至正常,从而调节免疫功能,有效改善湿热证症状,缩短温病湿热证的治疗时间。 [Objective]To investigate the effect of Sanren decoction on the immune factors in damp-heatsyndrome of seasonal febrile disease rat model, l-Methods]High-fat diet and artificial climate chamber wereused to make the rat model of damp heat syndrome. The SD rats were randomly divided into six groups:theblank control group,the model group, Sanren decoction high, medium and low dose groups, and the posi-tive control group(Xuezhikang group). Except the blank control group,the other groups were given dailydoses of high fat diet and high temperature environment of artificial climate. Intragastricing Escherichia co-li was conducted twice to cause infection. [Results]Compared with the model group,the levels of IL-1 13,IL-8,IL-10,IL-6,and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-a)in blood were lower in Sanren decoction treatment groupand Xuezhikang group. The levels of IgA, IgM, IgG were not obviously different between all groups. [Con-clusion]Sanren decoction could lower the levels of serum interleukin and TNF-a in rat models of seasonalfebrile disease with damp-heat syndrome, thus adjust immune function, effectively improve symptoms ofdamp-heat syndrome and shorten the time of treatment.
