摘要
以二乙烯三胺、丙烯酸甲酯为原料,甲醇作为溶剂,合成一种超支化聚合物HBP-NH2,并将其应用于活性染料的固色,确定了较佳的固色工艺:HBP-NH2用量2%~3%(omf),pH值5~6,固色温度60℃,固色时间30min。经过检测,织物固色后耐皂洗牢度提高1级,耐摩擦牢度提高0.5~1级,色光变化较小。
Hyperbranched polymer HBP-NH2 is synthesized with diethylenetriamine and methyl acrylate as raw materials and methanol as a solvent, and it is applied to the fixation of reactive dyeings. The fixing process is optimized as follows: 2,% - 3% of HBP-NH2, pH value 5 - 6, fixing at 60 ℃ for 30 rain. The color fastness of the reactive dyeings after HBP-NH2 fixing can be improved by Grade 1 to soaping and by Grade 0.5 - 1 to rubbincl resoectivelv with little color chanap.
