摘要
试验比较GB/T 17592—2011《纺织品禁用偶氮染料的测定》与EN 14362-1:2012《纺织品从偶氮染料中释出的某些芳香胺的测定方法第一部分:通过萃取或不萃取纤维的方法检测某些偶氮染料的使用》对样品预处理、芳香胺分离和浓缩等方面的差异,分析了国标方法中影响检测准确度的因素,并提出改进措施。
From the experimental point of view, the differences of azo dyes detection are compared between GB/T 17592--2011 “Determination of banned azo dyes in textiles” and EN 14362-1：2012 “Textiles- Methods for certain aromatic amines derived from azo colorants Part 1： Detection of the use of certain azo colorants accessible with and without extracting fibers”. The differences in sample preparation, separation and concentration of aromatic amines between the National Standard and European Standard are pointed out. The factors affecting the determination accuracy of National Standard are analyzed, The measures to improve the determination accuracy of the banned azo dyes are also presented.
