九味消瘤散治疗恶性肿瘤80例临床观察

Clinical efficacy of Jiuwei Xiaoliu powder in treatment of malignant tumor: a report of 80 cases

目的:观察九味消瘤散治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将138例恶性肿瘤患者分为两组,均采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用自拟九味消瘤散治疗,对照组加用消癌平片治疗。观察两组治疗前后中医证候积分、实体瘤大小及卡氏评分的变化情况。结果:(1)中医证候积分两组治疗后较治疗前均下降(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),组间差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)中医证候疗效:总有效率治疗组为86.25%,对照组为68.96%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)肿瘤进展情况:总有效率治疗组为83.75%,对照组为82.75%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(4)卡氏评分:总有效率治疗组为93.75%,对照组为93.10%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(5)两组未发生与观察药物相关的不良反应事件,安全性指标均在正常范围。结论:九味消瘤散治疗恶性肿瘤对改善患者症状疗效确切,安全性较好,有临床应用价值。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiuwei Xiaoliu powder in the treatment of malignant tumor. Methods ：A total of 138 patients with malignant tumor were divided into treatment group and con- trol group. The treatment group received self - prepared Jiuwei Xiaoliu powder in addition to conventional Western medicine treatment, while the control group received Xiaoaiping tablets in addition to conventional Western medicine treatment. The changes in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome score, tumor size, and Karnofsky Perform- ance Scale （KPS） score were evaluated. Results ：After treatment,both groups showed significant decreases in TCM syndrome score （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）, but there was a significant difference in the increase in TCM syndrome score between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group in terms ofthe improvement in TCM syndromes （86.25% vs 68.96% ,P 〈0. 05）. The treatment group had a nonsignificantly higher overall response rate than the control group in terms of tumor progression （83.75% vs 82.75% ,P 〉 0. 05 ）. The treatment group had a nonsignificantly higher overall response rate than the control group in terms of improve- ment in KPS score （93.75% vs 93.10%, P 〉 0. 05 ）. No drug -related adverse events occurred in either group, so the drug safety was within the normal range. Conclusion：For patients with malignant tumor, Jiuwei Xiaoliu powder can relieve symptoms, shows high safety, and has a good clinical value.
