摘要
目的:观察涤痰汤对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠的影响。方法:将100只实验大鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型组,涤痰汤高、低剂量组和易善复组,对除正常对照组外的其余4组大鼠均喂食高脂饲料6周制备非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠模型。实验第2周起,各治疗组大鼠分别给予涤痰汤高、低剂量及易善复灌胃,连续给药5周。实验结束后检测比较各组大鼠体质量、肝重、血清学指标、肝脏组织匀浆指标。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠体质量、血清TC、TG、AST、ALT水平及肝组织匀浆TC、TG水平均较正常组明显升高,表明脂肪肝造模成功;与模型组相比,涤痰汤高、低剂量组和易善复组均能降低模型大鼠血清TC、TG、AST、ALT水平及肝脏组织匀浆TC、TG水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:涤痰汤可改善非酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠血清血脂水平,并能改善肝脏脂肪变性。
Objective:To observe the effects of Ditan decoction on the blood lipid metabolism and liver function in rats with non - alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods:One hundred experimental rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, high - and low - dose Ditan decoction groups, and Yishanfu group. All rats except those in the normal control group were fed high - fat diet for 6 weeks to establish a rat model of NAFLD. From the second week of the experiment, all treatment groups were given high - or low - dose Ditan decoction or Yishanfu by gavage for 5 weeks. At the end of experiment, all groups were compared in terms of body weight,liver weight, serological parameters, and liver tissue homogenate indices. Resuhs :Compared with the normal control group, the model group had significantly increased body weight, serum levels of total cholesterol ( TC ), triglyceride ( TG ), aspartate amin- otransferase (AST), and alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and TC and TG levels in liver tissue homogenate, indicating that the fatty liv- er model was successfully established. Compared with the model group, the high - and low - dose Ditan decoction groups and Yishanfu group had significantly reduced serum levels of TC, TG, AST, and ALT and levels of TC and TG in liver tissue homogenate ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion:Ditan decoction can reduce serum lipid levels and liver fatty degeneration in rats with NAFLD.
