摘要
色标检测是现代凹版印刷系统中表征印刷精度的重要依据,针对常规色标检测传感器性能单一,人工操作复杂,检测精度不足等问题,设计了一种智能型色标检测光电传感系统。它是以微处理器为核心,集成了光电转换模块,微弱信号处理模块,信号采集模块和通信模块的新型色标检测光电传感智能系统。此系统能够完成选择最优发射光源,光电信号的转换,微弱信号检测,程控增益的智能切换,自动设定信号阈值,信号的A/D转换和双向通信等功能。系统采用PIC18F66K80为核心芯片,搭建了系统的硬件平台,经过软硬件调试,实现了智能色标检测的基本功能。
Color mark detection is an important basis representing the printing accuracy in gravure. For the poor performance of conventional single-channel detection sensor, complicated manual operation and inadequate detection accuracy,an intelligent color mark detection photoelectric sensor system which used a microprocessor as a core was designed. It is an intelligent system that in- /egrates photoelectric conversion module, weak signal processing module, signal acquisition module and the communication module. This system is able to select the optimal emission light sources, photoelectric signal conversion, weak signal detection, programmable gain intelligent switching,automatic threshold setting, A/D conversion of the signal, two-way communication and other functions. The system used PIC18F66K80 as the core chip,set up the hardware platform of the system,after hardware and software debug- ging, achieved the basic functions of the intelligent color mark detection photoelectric sensor system.
