摘要
开发了一种以陀螺仪为核心器件的方向盘转角传感器,重点给出了该转角传感器的硬件和软件设计。系统采用C8051F040单片机进行数据采集和处理,计算出方向盘的角速度和转角值,再通过CAN通信接口实时输出。系统中由永磁体触发的霍尔角度校正模块能够有效去除陀螺仪累积漂移误差。对比实验表明:所设计的传感器具有测量精度好、量程大、结构简单、性能稳定等优点。
A steering wheel angle sensor based on gyro was developed, the design of hardware and software of the angle sensor were described in detail. The signal data was collected and processed by MCU, and then the angular velocity and angle data were calculated. The system sent angular velocity and angle data of the steering wheel real time through CAN communication interface. The Hall element angular correction module integrated in the system can remove the drift error of gyre effectively. The test result shows that the designed sensor has high measurement range, simple structure and stable performance.
