风力机主轴振动信号调理系统的设计

摘要 为了判断风力机是否正常运作,需要监测风力机关键部件的运行状态。主轴是风力机传动链的关键部件,振动信号监测法能准确地发现主轴故障,但通过传感器采集的信号不能直观显示主轴的振动情况。设计一种风力机主轴振动信号调理系统,对传感器采集到的振动信号进行调理,分析调理后的实验数据,最后利用数据采集卡将数据采集到计算机中,从而实现对主轴运行状态的监测。 The operation status of the key components of the wind turbine must be monitored to determine whether the wind turbine works normally. The spindle is the key component of wind turbine drive chain. The vibration signal monitoring method can accurately identify the failures of the spindle, but the signals collected by the sensor eanl display the vibration of the spindle. We designed a wind turbine spindle vibration signal conditioning device to condition the vibration signals collected by the sensor. Next we carried on the experiment and analyzed the experimental data. Finally we used synchronous acquisition card to collect the data in computer, so as to realize the monitoring of the running state of main spindle.
