摘要
现有同步电动机励磁装置主要是以单片机、PLC等微控制器作为励磁装置的主控单元的,在实际运行中存在稳定性不够强、速度受到制约等缺点。文中介绍了一种新的设计方案,采用集成度高,并行工作,处理信号稳定的FPGA芯片作为励磁装置的核心控制器。在硬件构架上,介绍了主控单元的电路结构及其作用;在软件设计上,实现了励磁装置的整个功能。实验结果验证了该设计的合理性和可行性。
In the current market,MCU or PLC has been widely used as the core of main control unit of excitation device,with the defects of unstable and speed limited. The paper presented a new design scheme,which FPGA was used as the controller of ex- citation device. FPGA has the superiority of the high degree of integration, working in parallel and stable signal processing. In the hardware, a detailed description of the circuit and function of the excitation device has been given. In the software, a synchronous motor excitation control system was implemented. The results of experiment verify the feasibility and rationality of the design.
