摘要
油气井开采过程中的射孔压裂环节的优劣直接关系到油井产量和经济效益,射孔过程中井下的动态压力数据是评价该环节的关键数据。根据油井测试环境及实际信号特点,研制了新型油井测压仪。研究了测试系统中的关键设计,提出了可行性方案,并分析实测数据,为开发后续射孔压裂产品,加快射孔压裂技术的发展提供了可靠的研究手段和依据。
The merits of the oil and gas well perforation fracturing link in the process of mining are directly related to oil well production and economic benefits. The dynamic pressure data in downhole of perforation process is the key data to evaluate this link. According to the well test environment and the actual signal characteristics, we developed a new type of oil well pressure gauge. This paper studied the key design in the test system, put forward feasibility schemes, and analysed the measured data, which provided a reliable research method and basis for the development of subsequent perforation fracturing products, and the accelera- tion of the perforation fracturing technology.
