基于环境心理的高层住区外部空间环境研究

Study of External Space Environment in High-rise Residential District Based on Environmental Psychology

以研究高层住区外部空间环境特征为基本出发点,融入环境心理学学科知识作为理论依托,总结出影响居民居住满意度的实用性、安全感、归属感和美观性四大因素,并逐个分析相关的构成要点,周全之间的相互联系,从环境感知和行为特征角度来探讨合理的空间处理方式和优化策略,意在为高层住区居民做出最人性化的空间环境规划设计。

In view of the study of the external space environmental characteristics in high-rise residential district ,and based on the theory of environmental psychology ,this paper sums up the four factors affecting the living satisfaction of residents including practicality ,sense of security ,sense of belonging and beauty .The relevant composition points are analyzed respectively as well as the mutual relation-ship betw een them .From the perspective of environmental aw areness and behavior characteristic ,the paper studies the reasonable space treatment approaches and optimization strategies ,so as to make the optimal humanistic space environment design for high-rise residents .
