摘要
文章针对赵固二矿2011工作面煤壁片帮情况,从煤质特性、地质因素和基岩厚度角度,分析了煤壁片帮严重的原因,采用了煤层注水、及时支护、加快工作面推进速度等措施,有效缓解了煤壁片帮情况,并对于工作面出现煤块大、处理耗费时间等问题,从割煤工艺角度,采用"4+2"割煤工艺治理片帮技术,实践表明,该技术在防治煤壁片帮取得很好的效果,为防片帮技术提供了新的思路。
According to coal wall spalling condition of No. 2011 coal mining face, from a view of the coal properties, geological factors and base rock thickness, the paper analyzed the causes of the serious coal wall spalling. The application of the seam water injection, timely support, enhanced mining face pushing forward speed and other measures would effectively relax the coal wall spalling condition. Based on the problems of the large lump coal in the coal mining face and the treatment required time and others, from a view of the coal cutting technique, a "4 + 2" coal cutting technique could be applied to control the coal wall spalling. The practice showed that the technology had good effect to prevent and control the coal wall spalling and could provide a new idea to the coal wall spalling prevent technology.
