摘要
以新集二矿210108综采工作面为研究对象,制定了坚硬厚层顶板爆破弱化条件下的现场矿压观测方案。弱化顶板的效果由矿压观测数据进行考量,弱化后顶板结构破坏,两巷超前压力通过单体支柱压力值反应。通过对实测数据及矿压日报的整理分析,对采场矿压显现特征、顶板活动规律和超前支承压力分布规律进行了研究,并对初次来压和周期来压期间支架载荷变化及爆破前后周期来压情况进行了对比分析。确定了弱化条件下坚硬顶板来压位置及强度,支架整体能够满足生产需要,并提出了合理的两巷安全支护距离,以指导现场安全开采。
Taking the 210108 fully mechanized mining face in Xinji as research object, mine pressure observation scheme under the condition of hard and thick roof blasting and weakening was established. The weakening effect was evaluated with mine pressure observation data, with roof structure damaged after weakening, the two lane leading pressure was evaluated with single prop pressure values. Based on the measured data and analysis of mine pressure daily report, mine pressure behavior characteristics, roof activity law and abutment pressure distribution law of stope were studied, and the support load change during first weighting and periodic weighting was analyzed the condition of periodic weighting before and after blasting was compared. The position and intensity of roof weighting under hard roof weakening was determined, proving the support could meet the production requirement, and the safe supporting distance of two roadway was proposed.
