摘要
在充分了解卧式振动离心机结构及工作原理基础上,对其密封装置及入料系统的故障进行了认真分析,并对其进行了优化改进。采用新型密封装置,成功解决了卧式振动离心机主轴承密封处滴油和漏油难题;采用新型入料结构,扩大了设备对入料粒度的适应范围,减少了因入料系统分配盘故障引起的设备故障。密封装置及入料管路的优化改进,取得了较好的效果,提高了整机设备的可靠稳定性,为今后卧式振动离心机的大型化、国产化奠定了坚实的基础。
Based on the full understanding of the structure and working principle about the import horizontal vibrating centrifuge, the faults of sealing device and feeding system were analyzed and optimized. The main bearing seal leakage was solved using the new sealing device, and the feeding size adaptation range of the equipment was expanded with the new feed structure reducing the equipment faults caused by the allocation faults of feeding system. The optimization of sealing device and feeding line achieved good effects, improving the stability and reliability of the equipment, laying a solid foundation for large - scale development and localization of the horizontal vibration centrifuge.
