Discussion on International Operation of Coal Science and Technology Enterprises in China

当前,经济全球化冲击着国内经济的各个领域,煤炭行业也不例外。文章论述了煤炭科技型企业国际化经营的重要意义、分析了存在的主要问题及原因,然后从加强战略管理、完善组织架构、加强国际化人才建设等方面,就煤炭科技型企业如何进行国际化经营提出了建议。并指出国际化经营是我国煤炭科技型企业做强、做优、实现跨越式发展的必由之路。

At present, economic globalization is impacting many fields of national economy, including coal industry. The paper discussed the significance of international operation for coal science and technology enterprises, analyzed the main problems and causes; proposed advises on the approach for the international operation of coal science and technology enterprises, including enhancing strategic management, optimizing organizational structure and strengthening international talents development; and pointed out that, international operation was an inevitable course for the great - leap - forward development of coal science and technology enterprises in China.
