摘要
大型调水工程运行管理系统作为调度运行管理系统的重要组成部分,承担帮助调水机构实现工程运行管理维护及工程防洪信息管理的职能,在统一的应用支撑层上进行资源共享,最终通过业务应用层实现工程运行管理系统功能。以南水北调东线工程为例,对工程运行维护和防洪信息管理系统的应用设计方案进行研究,详细分析业务流程、数据流程和功能需求,根据功能需求给出相应措施,以提高工程管理水平和总体效益。
Operation management system of large-scale water diversion project as important part of dispatch and operation management system, undertakes the function of helping the diversion institutions to realize engineering operation, management and maintenance and engineering flood control information management. It carries through resource sharing at uniform application support layer and realizes project operation management system function through business application layer finally. Taking east route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project as an example, the article studies the application design scheme of engineering operation and maintenance and flood control management system, labors business process, data flow and functional requirement. Based on functional requirements, it gives corresponding measures to improve level and overall benefit of project management.
