摘要
在总结德州市水利信息化工作现状和成效、分析存在问题及成因的基础上,对该市加快水利信息化建设进行深入思考,提出"3456"的工作建议,即"三项统一"夯实基础、"四大系统"突出重点、"五个强化"保障发展、"六个深化"实现目标。
Based on summarizing current status and effectiveness of water resources informatization and analysis of problems and causes in Dezhou city, the article carries through an in-depth thinking of speeding up the construction of water resources informatization in the city. It presents work proposal of＆quot;3456＆quot;, namely the＆quot;three unification＆quot;to stake in the ground,＆quot;big four system＆quot;to stress the key point,＆quot;five enhanced＆quot;to guarantee development, and＆quot;six deepening＆quot;to achieve the goals.
