重点分析了应变电测法中实测参数时间历程曲线产生趋势漂移的原因,以及对载荷谱实测产生的影响,给出了消除应变参数时间历程曲线漂移的解决方法。以联合收获机结构强度研究中的载荷谱实测为例,针对联合收获机的作业特点,建立了相应的载荷谱测试工况模型,通过对实测载荷谱的数据处理,验证了该方法的有效性。

It was emphatically analyzed why the strain electrical measurement method of the measured parameters timecourse curve produced the trend drifting,and what effect impacted the load spectrum measurement.The solution of eliminating the strain parameter time-course curve drifting was given.The load spectrum measurement of the combined harvester structural strength research for example,aiming at the characteristics of combined harvester task,established the load spectrum testing conditions model.With the measured load spectrum data processing,it was verified the validity of this method.
