摘要
基于Pro/E建立了玉米肥团机压缩机构的三维模型,并对曲柄滑块机构进行了运动仿真模拟和动力学分析。在参数设定为曲柄滑块机构曲柄转速为n=8r/min、运动时间为t=60s的情况下,得到压杆的运动速度图和加速度图,使得机构运动分析变得可视化、直观化和简单化,为肥团机压缩机构的设计提供了方法,有利于机构参数的合理选择,同时降低压缩机构的研发周期,提高工作效率。
The 3D model of the corn fertilizer group making machine compression mechanism and the slider crank mechanism is established,its motion form was simulated and dynamics characteristics were analysized based on the Pro/E in the present research,parameter setting of crank slider crank mechanism movement speed was 8r/min,moving time 60s,obtained velocity andacceleration diagram,the kinematic analysis of mechanisms become visual,intuitive and simple,as the corn fertilizer group making machine compression mechanism design provides a method,reasonable choice of parameters for institutions,while reducing the compression mechanism of the development cycle,improve work efficiency.
