小型幼苗移栽机的设计及试验

介绍了一种适用于南方丘陵地区的小型幼苗移栽机及其相关试验研究。该机主要由双曲柄连杆式栽植机构、间歇式投排苗机构、液压升降及垄高自适应系统、垄侧压力式导向机构和双V型覆土机构等组成。试验研究表明,该机性能稳定,转弯半径小,适合单人操作,垄高自适应能力强,仿形机构的作用显著,栽苗合格率达100%,栽植深度均匀性好,整机各项检测指标符合旱地栽植机械国家标准。该机特别适合移栽油菜苗、玉米苗、各类蔬菜苗及棉花苗等作物,对钵盘类幼苗的适应性极高。

This article introduced a kind of miniature seedling transplanter which is suitable for south hilly areas.The machine mainly consist of double crank connecting rod planting mechanism,intermittently seedling mechanism,hydraulic lift and ridge self-adaptive control system,ridge-lateral pressure guiding mechanism and double-V covering soil mechanism etc.The test research shows that this machine has stable performance,small turning radius,suitable for single operation,ridge self-adaptive ability,profiling mechanism effect,100% pass rate of planting seedlings and high uniformity of planting depth.All test indexes meets the national standard of dry land-transplanting machine.The machine is particularly suitable for transplanting rape seedlings,corn seedlings,vegetable seedlings and cotton seedling,especially adaptability for pot type seedling.
