摘要
针对蔬菜手工大面积移栽劳动强度大、移栽质量不稳定现状,结合新疆等干旱地区必需覆膜和铺滴管带的技术要求,综合几种移栽机型,设计了一种新型膜上移栽机。同时,重点对该机的主要机构、主要零部件设计与计算以及试验情况进行了阐述。
For the problem that labor-intensive of large-area manual transplanting and inconsistent quality in the flied of vegetable,combined with the technical requirements of Xinjiang and other arid regions must be film and paved with dropper,referenced the transplant models from home and abroad,design a new type membrane transplanting machine.The article focuses on the main body of the institution,the design and calculation of the main components and test cases.
