摘要
为了解决大枣进行去核生产时,加工效率低、成品率低、卫生状况差、安全性差等难题,在大量调研和综合分析现有大枣加工设备的基础上,设计了一种盘式大枣自动定心去核设备,并通过试验,进一步修改完善了试验样机。试验结果表明,该设备具有生产效率高、成品率高等优点,在企业中使用取得良好的效果。
In order to solve the problems of low production efficiency,lows yield,poor hygiene and poor security in the production process of jujube kernel removing,a kind of the disc type self-centering jujube kernel removing machine has been designed based on immense investigations and a comprehensive analysis of the present equipments.The tested prototypes have been modified and improved through the test.These experimental results show that the device has several advantages such as high yield and high production efficiency;furthermore,it achieves good results in the enterprise application.
