钉刺式残膜回收机脱膜装置的设计及试验研究 被引量:11

摘要 脱膜装置是残膜回收机的重要组成部分,其工作效果的好坏对机具整体性能影响很大。针对现有脱膜装置存在工作不可靠、脱不干净等问题,通过对国内外残膜回收机脱膜装置的研究和借鉴,设计一种毛刷式顺向脱膜装置。通过分析该装置脱膜机理,采用正交试验建立脱膜效率与脱膜装置转速及毛刷长度的关系。经过试验对比分析,确定毛刷式顺向脱膜装置的结构尺寸及工作参数。其脱膜效率约为96.5%,高于整体叶片式和独立叶片式脱模装置的脱膜效率,达到了脱膜装置的作业要求。 Film removing device is an important part of residual film recycling machine,its working quality has a great influence on the performance of whole machine.In view of the present film removing devices are not reliable and remove uncleanly,etc.Through research and reference on the residual film recycling machine removing device at home and abroad,this paper designed a kind of brush type forward film removing device.By analyzing the removing mechanism of the device,employing the orthogonal experiment to construct the relationship between removing membrane efficiency and the membrane device'speed,the length of brush.Through experimental comparative analysis,determined structure size and working parameters of brush type forward film removing device,its removing film efficiency is about 96.5%,higher than that of the whole blade and independent blade type film removing device,reaches requirement of Film removing device.
