摘要
针对目前平模成型机平模易磨损、使用寿命短、生产效率低等问题,将平模设计成带有一定的斜度、上下对称结构,模板上交错分布着5排模孔且模孔结构采用锥孔成型直孔保压的方式。同时,利用Pro/Mechanica对平模进行了疲劳寿命仿真分析,得出平模所受最大的应力为348.9MPa,低于材料的屈服极限,最大的位移量为0.331 9mm;平模所能承受的最小应力循环次数为1×104.533次,平模工作区域的寿命置信度为3。最后,通过自制的模具进行挤压成型实验,成型密度平均为1.1g/mm3,最佳的孔径比约为5∶1。
Aiming at the problems of easy wear,short service life,low production efficiencies and so on about the flatdie of straw fuel forming machine at present,the flat die is design to a certain slope,symmetrical structure,there is five rows of die hole which is used by the way of the taper hole forming and straight hole dwelling on the template.The static strength and the fatigue analysis about the flat die was conducted based on Pro/Mechanica,the peak of stress of flat die is 348.9MPa,well below the material yield limit;the maximum number of displacement 0.331 9m,the minimum number of stress cycles is 1×10^4.533;the confidence of life of the flat die working area is 3.Finally,through extrusion Moulding text used by self-made mold,the average of density is 1.1g/mm^3and the best aperture ratio is about 5:1.
