摘要
为了探讨大白菜幼苗耐热性的生理机制,以5份大白菜为材料,进行32℃高温处理,每天光照14 h、强度10000lx处理8d,调查耐热性及可溶性蛋白质含量、脯氨酸含量、POD活性、SOD活性、CAT活性、MDA含量。结果表明,在常温下各指标的差异不显著,但经高温处理后差异达显著水平,可溶性蛋白质含量、脯氨酸含量、POD活性、SOD活性、CAT活性及MDA含量上升,耐热性强的材料具有较高的可溶性蛋白质含量、脯氨酸含量、POD活性、SOD活性、CAT活性,较低的MDA含量,耐热性较低的材料则表现相反。相关分析表明,大白菜耐热性与可溶性蛋白质含量、SOD活性、MDA含量相关,且达显著水平,因此,这3个指标可以作为大白菜耐热性的鉴定指标。
To study the physiological mechanism of heat tolerance in Chinese cabbage seedling,5 Chinese cabbages were on high temperature treatments,32 ℃ thermostatic for with 14 hours everyday by the light intensity of 10 000 lx for 8 days,heat tolerance,soluble protein content,proline content,SOD activity,POD activity,CAT activity,MDA content under heat stress were studied.The results showed that there was no big influence for others characters at normal temperature,the difference was extremely significant for all characters at high temperature,soluble protein content,proline content,POD activity,SOD activity,CAT activity,MDA content increased.Soluble protein content,proline content,POD activity,SOD activity,CAT activity of high resisted materials were larger,MDA content were smaller,medium resisted materials revealed contrary trend.Correlation analysis showed that heat tolerance had reached the significance level with soluble protein content,SOD activity,MDA content,these indexes would be characters for identification of heat tolerance in Chinese cabbage seedling.
