2013 Global Paper Industry Top 10

在《中华纸业》2014年第17期，本刊特别采编制作了“20强巡礼”专题，以中国造纸企业2013年的主营业务收入为依据介绍了位于前20强的造纸企业的基本情况。为更好地与全球造纸市场接轨，本刊基于全球造纸企业2013年销售额数据，排列出全球前十强企业，2013年全球造纸企业前十强的基本情况见表1。与往年的前十强企业变化不大，美国国际纸业依然以销售额绝对的优势名列第一，而美国造纸企业进入前十强榜单的数量也是最多的，其次是芬兰和日本，分别有两家企业进入前十强，中国造纸行业虽然在纸及纸板总产量上继续荣登全球首位，但中国造纸企业依然没有一家进入全球十强。

In the 17th issue of CPPI, the Top 20 special topic was made to introduce the situation of the Top 20 paper companies in China. In order to know the world paper better, in this issue, CPPI made this special topic on the Top 10 of world paper companies based on the net sales of 2013. There was not much changes compared with the Top 10 in previous years, International Paper is still the No.1, and in the list of Top 10, the number of American companies is the largest, followed by Finland and Japan. Although, the paper and board output of China paper industry is the No.1 in the world, but there is no Chinese paper company in the list of Top 10. Nine Dragon Paper is the No.1 in China paper industry based on net sales, but it can only ranked 20 th in the world list. In this special topic, the Top 10 paper companies in the world was introduced. The purpose of making this special topic was not to rank the paper company, but to introduce the operation philosophy, development strategy and future plan of the large-scale paper companies in the world. Maybe, China paper company can learn something from this special topic. Of course, the success of the Top 10 pape companies in the world paper industry can not easily concluded by several common characteristics, so the operation philosophy, development strategy and future plan of the Top 10 was introduced. We believe there will be Chinese paper company in the Top 10 list in near future.
