裸鼠感染流行性出血热病毒的实验研究

Experimental Study of Nude Mice Infected with Epidemic Hemorrhagic Fever Virus

本文报道了不同鼠龄的裸鼠(BALB/c-nu/nu)和免疫健全鼠(BALB/c-un/+)对汉坦病毒(Hantaan Virus)感染的敏感性。发现裸鼠不同年龄组(最大2月龄)攻毒后均发病死亡,而免疫健全鼠仅14日龄以内鼠发病死亡。结果表明,裸鼠对流行性出血热病毒是非常敏感的。实验结果还表明,对抗流行性出血热病毒的感染,细胞免疫可能起主要作用。

Susceptibility to Hantaan Virus infection were studied in immunocompetent (BALB/c-nu/+) and congentally T-cell deficient tnice(BALB/c- nu/nu)of different ages. The pathogensis and de- ath were discovered in BALB/c-nu/nu mice inoc- ulated at 0 to 60 days of age and in BALB/c- nu/+ mice inoculated at 0 to 14 days of age. The results showed that nude mice were quite sensitive to Epidemic Hemorrhagic Fever Virus (EHFV)and pathogenic animal models were for- med. The different susceptibility of immunoco- mpetent and T-cell deficient mice to Hantaan Virus infection suggested that cell-mediated im- munity may be important in recovery from infe- ction.
