摘要
当前高职院校中辅导员队伍不稳定,人员流动性大的问题表现得十分突出,需要引起足够重视。本文探究了影响辅导员队伍稳定性的原因,并提出了保持辅导员队伍稳定性的相关对策。
This paper explores the factors which influence the stability of the counselor team, and puts forward related countermeasures for maintaining the stability of the counselor team.
