金龙某轻型客车侧翻CAE分析

摘要 根据GB/T17578-1998的技术要求,对金龙某轻型客车初始模型进行侧翻CAE仿真分析,由侧翻后的生存空间和应力应变数据,提出车身的加强改进方案,经过CAE二次分析指出改进方案的优缺点,最后进行车身局部结构的重新设计,获得满足国标要求的客车车身模型. According to the technical requirements of GB /T17578-1998,the rollover CAE analysis is carried out on an initial model of KingLong light bus. With the help of living space record,stress record and strain record,the improvement of body strength is put forward,and the advantages and disadvantages are found through secondary CAE analysis. The local structure of the bus is redesigned to satisfy the requirement of standard finally.
