认识两种特殊免疫表型的急性淋巴细胞白血病
摘要
急性淋巴细胞白血病（acute lymphoblastic leukemia,ALL）是一种常见的急性白血病,形态学上分为L1、L2、L3型,免疫表型上分为T细胞型和B细胞型。近年来随着流式细胞技术的快速发展,新抗体、新荧光素的不断出现,以及与其他检测技术和临床预后分析的相互结合,在诊断方面提出一些新的见解。本文介绍两种特殊免疫表型的ALL。
