基于序关系分析法的节水型社会评价指标权重的确定

Confirmation of Index Weight of Water-saving Social Construction Based on Order Relation Analysis Method

针对层次分析法计算指标权重一致性难以检验的问题,引入一种无需一致性检验的方法——序关系分析法,计算了德州市节水型社会评价指标权重,并与层次分析法的计算结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,对于多专家、多指标情况下的权重划分,序关系分析法简单实用,计算量明显减小,且权重计算结果较层次分析法更加符合实际,值得推广使用。

Aiming at the problem of calculating the consistency of index weight inspection of Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP）, we introduce a kind of order relation analysis method without consistent check. And then the index weight of Dezhou water-saving social construction evaluation is calculated. Compared with the results of AHP, it shows that in terms of the weighing under the condition of many experts and indexes, this method is simple and practical as well as the amount of calculation reduces evidently; besides, the weight result of this method is more practical than AHP. Therefore. it is worth spreading.
