摘要
逆变器开关器件损耗问题一直制约其性能的提高。新型拓扑结构将围绕降低损耗、提高效率而展开。研究了基于混合型H桥模块的NPC三电平逆变器的损耗与效率。首先,在分析混合型H桥模块的NPC三电平逆变器导通和换流模式的基础上,利用器件损耗特性参数建立通态损耗模型和开关损耗模型。然后,建立仿真模型,与传统拓扑结构进行了效率对比分析,对部分结果进行了实验验证。实验与仿真结果验证了实用性。
The loss of switch devices in three-level inverter is a disadvantage that restricts the improvement of itsperformance.The new topology will be less loss and higher efficiency.The loss and efficiency of NPC three-levelinverter based on hybrid H bridge were studied.Firstly,the conduction and commutation modes of NPC three-levelinverter based on hybrid H bridge module were analyzed;the conduction loss and switch loss models were set up usingthe loss characteristic parameters of devices.And then,the model of simulation was established;the efficiency wasanalyzed and compared with traditional topology;partial results were verified in the experiment.The simulation andexperimental results demonstrate the validities of these models.
