摘要
集装箱自装卸运输车通常在一侧或两侧吊装集装箱,所以简称侧面吊,以下简称侧面吊。以某型号侧面吊为例,详细介绍了集装箱自装卸运输车作业工况,对吊臂模型中伸缩油缸和变幅油缸进行了简化处理,并对油缸进行了稳定性分析,最后以ANSYS软件为工具,对吊臂的危险工况进行了有限元计算分析。通过分析危险工况下各节吊臂的强度,得出的分析结果可为该类车辆吊臂的设计及优化提供可靠的依据。
Self-loading container crane is usually one or both sides lifting containers, so short side hanging, side hanging with the following names. To a certain type of side hanging as an example, the author details the side crane working condition, the model of the boom and the simplified of cylinder, and stability analysis of the cylinder. With ANSYS software tools, the author calculate the dangerous working conditions and analyze the strength of dangerous sections of boom conditions, the results of the analysis and optimization of side crane boom design provides a reliable basis.
