摘要
针对12根气带大方量的散装水泥半挂车卸料剩余率较高的问题,找出其原因进行了理论分析,并提出了改进的措施。随后,通过对罐体断面的局部模型建立,从总体上对改进后结构进行了理论计算,并与试验结果进行了对比,从而证明该模型建立的可靠性。最后根据该模型计算出了最合理的气带数量,为以后的技术改进提供了借鉴。
The surplus rate of 12 breathability devices is high in bulk cement trailer, and the reason was found, as well as the improving method. Meanwhile, the tank body cross section partial models were established, and the theoretical calculation was carried out and comparison was made to prove the reliability of the models. Finally the reasonable breathability device number was calculated and provide reference for future technology improvement.
