基于DEA和外部认可的中文军事信息网站效率评价

Evaluation on Chinese Military Information Website's Efficiency Based on DEA and External Recognition

从投入产出的角度构建了中文军事信息网站效率评价的指标体系,运用数据包络分析法的C2R评价模型,对我国16个主要的军事信息网站进行了定量分析,结果表明:其中11个军事网站为DEA相对有效,另外5个军事网站为相对非有效;军事信息网站的效率与页面平均大小、页面标签率、网页更新率等紧密相关,与网站连通率、网页易到达率、链路完整性等基本无关。此外,对相对非有效的网站进行了有效性改进空间分析,根据结果给出了提高网站效率的有效建议。

From the perspective of input and output,an index system of efficiency evaluation for Chinese military information websites is constructed in this thesis.Then the efficiency of 16 Chinese military information websites is analyzed based on the C2 R Model in DEA.The result shows that 11 of these websites are relatively effective and the other 5 are relatively non-effective.The efficiency of military information websites is related to Average Page Size,Tagged Percentage,Update Rating etc.,while it has nothing to do with Connected Percentage,Easy Access Percentage,and Linkage Integrity.By an analysis of room for improvement,this thesis also gives suggestions to improve the efficiency of the non-effective websites.
