摘要
针对三种不同火花塞,利用STAR-CD软件对某缸内汽油直喷(GDI)增压发动机在1 500 r/min全负荷工况下缸内的油气混合进行了CFD分析,得到发动机在点火时刻气缸内及火花塞附近混合气的空燃比及流场分布,并评价了缸内滚流、湍动能及油气均匀性参数。分析结果表明,在点火时刻,三种火花塞周围湍动能和缸内油气场特性略有差异。但总体上来说,对点火性能影响不大,为GDI发动机的火花塞设计和使用提供了理论依据。
For three different kinds of spark plugs design, the effects on fuel-air mixture characteristics in cylinder of GDI turbocharged engine, in full load 1 500 r/min typical condition, were simulated numerically by CFD software STAR-CD. The flow velocity field distribution and the mixture gas concentration around the ignition region were comparatively analyzed at the ignition time. Later, the turbulent kinetic energy, fuel-air mixture uniformity and the tumble have been evaluated deeply. It is concluded that the turbulent kinetic energy and the fuel-air mixture field characteristics around the three kinds of spark plug regions have a little difference. However,that don't affect the ignition capability. It is important to design the spark plug and research academically for GDI engine in the future.
