摘要
通过CFD技术对某型柴油发动机的EGR率分布进行数值模拟。计算中选择了两个计算工况,采用瞬态计算模式,对各个工况下EGR气体在进气歧管中的分布进行了计算,结果显示,EGR率的偏差控制在±2%以内,满足评价标准。
The article made a numerical simulation on EGR ratio distribution of a certain diesel engine by using CFD technology. Two operation points were chosen. The transient mode was set. And EGR gas distribution in intake manifold was calculated at all the operation points. The results showed that deviation on EGR ratio was under ±2% and evaluation standard was met.
