摘要
基于除自谱的互谱延时求和波束形成方法,进行某柴油机全负荷额定转速工况的噪声源识别台架试验,结果表明,发动机缸体、油底壳、空气压缩机是其最主要的噪声源,为进一步制定有效的降噪方案指明方向。
A noise source identification bench test was carried out for a diesel engine under full load and rated speed condition, based on the cross-spectral delay and sum beamforming method with auto-spectra exclusion. Results show that the engine cylinder block, the oil pan and the air compressor are the most dominant noise sources, which indicate a direction for making effective noise reduction scheme.
