摘要
通过盆栽和田间试验研究了保水剂对烤烟生长及产量的影响,为保水剂在烟叶生产中的推广应用提供理论依据。盆栽试验结果表明:保水剂用量在1.0-3.0 g/株范围内,土壤蒸发明显降低,能显著促进烤烟根、茎、叶的生长;田间试验结果表明:施用保水剂,能促进烟株生长,提高烟叶中总糖、还原糖的含量,降低总烟碱、总氮和氯离子的含量,促进化学成分协调,改善烟叶品质;移栽时随营养土每667 m^2施用3.0 kg保水剂,经济效益增加111.4元。施用保水剂,能减缓土壤水分蒸发,增加土壤的保水性能,促进烟株生长,提高烟叶产量,改善烟叶品质,增加经济效益。
The pot and field experiments were carried out to study the effect of water-retaining agent on the growth and yield of flue-cured tobacco. The results of pot experiment showed that when the dosage of water-retaining agent was in the range of 1.0-3.0 g/plant, the evaporation of soil moisture decreased significantly, the growth of tobacco root, stem and leaf was promoted significantly. The results of field experiments showed that the application of water-retaining agent increased total sugar content and reducing sugar content, decreased nicotine content, total nitrogen content and chlorine ion content, promoted the chemical composition harmonization and improved the tobacco quality. Economic benefit increased111.4 yuan per 667 m^2 used in 3.0 kg per 667 m^2 when transplanted with nutrition soil. It could reduce the evaporation of soil, increase water retention property of soil, promote the growth of tobacco plant, improve the yield and quality, and increase the economic benefit by application of water retaining agent.
